HOW TO SUCCEED IN ONLINE BUSINESS

Mostly, when people ask how they can succeed with an online business, they usually want to know why it feels as if some people are making a million dollars overnight while others are struggling to see their very first dollar.

Success is may not be instantaneous. Even the most thriving business owners knew how to succeed with online business before they started out - by having a plan in place to take them from novice to seasoned professional in the shortest amount of time.
The first thing you want to do when discovering how to succeed with an online business is some preliminary research and investigation into your niche. It doesn't matter if you're selling items on eBay or writing information products for instant download. You have to know what the needs of your target audience are so that you can cater to them and reap the financial reward.

It is pertinent to join discussions and forums about your preferred business. Make an effort to know other people's opinions regarding the business you want to start. Try researching for the industries through the internet and you will definitely stumble upon various reviews and discussion groups that talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the business. This must also be included in your top priorities in searching for business online opportunities in order to avoid scams.

Basically, the challenge is we don't know what to do with it. A lot of the programs suggests that you can make a lot of money in no time. Sure you can, but you have to be experienced and now how to use it.

Well, I finally got to a different level, and so can you, you just have to follow the instructions, take ONE PROGRAM at the time, study it, and work hard to accomplish what you want. It doesn't happen instantaneously.

MISTAKES YOU SHOULD AVOID IN ONLINE BUSINESS

1. Customers Attention :

When you're not really listening to customers
How do you know if the problem you solve is important enough?

2. Bringing new things to the table

In most markets, customers have different options to choose from. If your business has competition, you have to give your potential customers a reason to choose your offering over another.

3. Choosing a topic you don’t care about

Whatever you choose to focus your business on, you’re going to need deep subject knowledge, fresh creativity, and unwavering stamina.

4. Waiting too long to launch a product/service

When you start blogging or pod-casting to build an audience, it’s easy to get stuck on the content “hamster wheel” for months or years without ever offering something for sale.

5. Solving an unimportant problem

If the problem your business solves is important enough, you won’t even have to look for customers. Imagine if you had a cure for cancer, for example.

6. Starting with vastly wrong expectations

This won’t be easy, and it won’t be quick.

7. Spending too much time thinking and not enough doing
Not much to say here that isn’t perfectly summed up in this quote:

8. Doing it alone

The only reason my business exists today is because other entrepreneur friends wouldn’t let me quit. Seriously, I tried to throw in the towel and start over with something else, but they wouldn’t let me. They talked me out of it.

Pitfalls In Affiliate Marketing

Bumps and Pitfalls of Affiliate Marketing

  • Before we can discuss the bumps and pitfalls of affiliate marketing . we need to know exactly what is affiliate marketing

What Is Affiliate Marketing?

According to wikipedia “Affiliate marketing",  is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate’s own marketing efforts.”

In other words affiliate marketing , is one of the ways that people can make money online.

There are many products sold online. The people who own these products will often have other people selling their products for them. These people are known as affiliates.

When an affiliate sells the owner’s product the affiliate gets paid a commission.

Many people are hooked to affiliate marketing because it can be financially rewarding even if you just stay at home.

For this reason alone, many have rushed to get into the game without even reading the mechanics and found themselves in the wrong way.
They found out that there is no absolutely easy money in this business and that it should be taken seriously for those who want to succeed in this business.

Affiliate marketing is indeed one of the best ways to earn money online. This Internet-based business involves a revenue partnership between a merchant and one or more affiliates, whereby the publisher or affiliate gets a commission through their affiliate programs.

Affiliates must particularly understand how a search engine work and how it relates with affiliate marketing. This is because ,  experienced affiliates deemed that 90% of their businesses came from search engine results

- and this is a fact! If a website is particularly optimized to for better search engine ranking, the tendency is that there will be greater traffic on the site that increases the chance of sales and revenue.

Search engines therefore, should be every affiliate's best friend because it is an effective means of online advertising.

 5 different affiliate marketing pitfalls

1. Analysis Paralysis

Rookie affiliate marketers procrastinate over the tiniest details and delay endlessly. They are searching for the ever elusive hole-in-one, yet they don’t have the courage to swing the golf club!

2. Unrealistic Expectations

When starting out, many affiliates dream of becoming millionaires overnight.            Unfortunately, affiliate marketing is not a magic pill.  It takes work, dedication, and patience. Many give up too soon because they haven’t earned as much as they would like straight away.

If you were pursuing a large income by studying to be a doctor, you wouldn’t give up after the first month, complaining that you weren’t seeing any money yet. Becoming an expert affiliate doesn’t take as long as getting a medical degree (and it doesn’t cost as much, either) but there’s still a bit of learning to do, and it can still take some time to start seeing results

3. Shiny Object Syndrome

Affiliate marketers find one system or training product and start following it. But before they get through to the end and complete the project, they get distracted by other products with other promises and drop everything to pursue this new direction. They end up with a whole bunch of unfinished projects, incomplete knowledge, no money and no income!

4. Going for the “Quick Buck”

Trying to find “loopholes” or fast ways to get results. You will see a LOT of products that claim to be “the secret XYZ doesn’t want you to know about.” But if something is promising you fast results that you probably don’t really deserve, it will either (A) not work, or (B) , be a temporary boost that won’t work for very long — and then you’ll be back where you started.

5. Building Too Many Sites Too Quickly

Building multiple sites straight away thinking, “more sites will make more money.”   Then, when none of the sites have been given the full attention needed, they flop.
